Managed Events are the National Exhibition Centre’s own in-house exhibition organising division. Based at the main Birmingham site Managed Events has over 20 years of experience in organising exhibitions and events on behalf of associations and other third parties.

Managed Events can plan, promote, sell and run any aspect of an exhibition or event, whatever your needs, be that partial or total event management, we can provide you with a focused and flexible range of support services.

Optrafair 2005

Optrafair is the only UK optical trade exhibition of it's kind and the 2005 event was reported to be one of the most prosperous exhibitions in the events history, with just under 12,000 quality visitors and 220 exhibitors taking part. The Optrafair 2007 team are now fully underway with preparations for April, which will continue to build on the successes of 2005 as well as promoting the ever-changing optical frontiers.

The UK’s only dedicated show to the Party Industry celebrated its 10th anniversary in style! IPS offers a dedicated and unique celebration of the party industry, with a large range of exhibitors showcasing products for parties of every kind. Complete with its very own costume fashion show showcasing all the latest costumes, balloon sculpting competitions and a costume zone.

The UK Golf Show 2006

Launched in 2006, The UK Golf Show catered for every type of golfer: novice, professional, male, female and junior; and was designed with the whole family in mind. With a variety of interactive areas, visitors had the opportunity to try out new equipment and gadgets for the 2007 season whilst picking up tips from one of the PGA professionals in attendance at the show.
